Tribunal held it has JURISDICTION to hear the petition even if it’s a pre-election matter. That the petition breached court processes as it was earlier adjudicated by Federal High Court. That the petitioner lacks locus standi because he was not party to the APC primary.

That the petition breached paragraph 4 (1) of 1st schedule Electoral Act 2010. And that the petition not signed by any recognized legal professional. The ground for the petition is incompetent and hereby dismissed.
