Benue:  BSUTH RESIDENT DOCTORS SUSPEND STRIKE

Residents doctors at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, BSUTH, have suspended their ongoing strike after three weeks.

The course of action which the doctors took to press home their demands bordering payment of unpaid entitlements and other grievances, threw patients into precarious and desperate situations, thereby moving out of the hospital to other places for mediccare.

Jamesibechi.com has, however, gathered that normal activities have since resumed at the hospital following the suspension of strike.
