Deputy majority leader of the Benue State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nick Eworo felicitates with the leadership of the Middle Belt Traditional Council (South West) headed by Chief Ochi Ode Emmanuel on the successful hosting of the maiden edition of their cultural festival last week at the national theatre, Iganmu in Lagos.

Eworo described the festival as a good avenue to showcase the rich culture of the great people of Nigerian middle belt. He encouraged the leadership of MBTC and the people of the region resident in the South West to keep the festival fire burning all through to the next edition in all their endeavors.

It would be recalled that the people of middle belt region resident in the South Western part of Nigeria organized their cultural festival last weekend in Lagos where the guest speaker, Prof Jerry Gana called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to end the senseless killings amongst the many other sociopolitical calamities plaguing the entire middle belt region.
